| A fitness assessment is designed to evaluate your current physical state, time management, nutrition, supplementation, and level of commitment to reach your personal goal. During your physical evaluation, a calculation of your body fat will be taken, circumference measurements, and present body weight. Also, a posture and muscle balance analysis will be recorded. This consists of symmetrical development (from left to right, front to back, top to bottom) and verifying shortened and/or lengthened muscle groups. Instant recommendations will be made in cases of major muscle compensation and risks. In these circumstances, specific corrective stretches and exercises will be done for reconditioning immediately. In addition to your physical assessment, a review of important supplementation and nutrition will be presented in order to reach your specific goal as soon as possible, which will vary depending on personal objective. For the first session, there will also be a complete body strength evaluation, which is a three part potency test: core, upper and lower body. Most people are qualified participants, however, VERY FEW pass the first time.
